For regular paper registration fees:

Mandatory Registration
At least one author of each accepted paper must complete the conference registration at the applicable full registration fee for the paper to be included in the conference program and submitted to the Springer proceedings.
Registration Deadline

Registration must be completed on or before 1st August 2026. Late registrations will not be accepted.

Papers without a registered author by the deadline will be excluded from the final conference program and Springer LNNS publication.
Mode of Presentation
Authors may choose to present their paper either: Offline (Physical Mode), or Online (Virtual Mode).
Payment Process

Registration fees must be paid through the official online payment gateway provided by the conference organizers.

Sharing debit/credit card details via e-mail will not be accepted under any circumstances.

The maximum allowed paper length is 12 pages.

One additional page is permitted subject to extra charges: INR 1500 for Indian authors or USD 50 for international authors

Authors must make a combined payment covering both registration and extra page charges (if applicable).
Multiple Paper Registration Policy

If two papers are presented by different authors, each presenter must register separately at the applicable rate.

Authors may submit more than two papers; however, a full registration fee applies for every additional set of up to two papers.
Proof of Payment
Authors are advised to keep a screenshot or copy of the payment confirmation receipt for future reference and communication.
No Refund & Cancellation Policy

All registration fees are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances, including cancellation, absence, visa issues, scheduling conflicts, technical issues, or withdrawal of the paper.

Cancellation of registration after payment is not permissible.

Authors are requested to carefully review all registration details before making the payment.

In case of duplicate or erroneous transactions, only the excess amount paid may be reviewed and processed by the organizers after verification.

Policy Updates
The conference organizers reserve the right to revise registration policies, terms, and conditions in accordance with government regulations, legal requirements, or organizational improvements.
The registration fee includes (for authors attending offline**):

Free pass to attend Pre-Conference Workshop/Unconference/Tutorials.

Allow to attend all sessions of Keynote speeches, and Technical programs.

Participants will receive breakfast, tea, and lunch from 17th to 19th December 2026, along with a laptop bag that includes a notepad and pen.
**The conference kit will not be sent to the authors who opted for the ONLINE presentation. They will receive the presentation certificate and authorship certificate through the registered mail ID by 20th January 2027.
NOTE: There are no special discounts for students or faculty from the host institute(s). The registration fees listed are inclusive of all applicable taxes. Please note that registration fees for IIHTC 2026 are non-refundable under any circumstances, including cancellation.
